My AO-7 doesn't work. Do I need a ROM upgrade for my parallel camera?

Carefully remove the back plate of your camera and check the ROM label.  If you have a ROM version older than 1.06 you might need to upgrade. Call SBIG for more details. Note that this is unlikely to be a problem unless your camera is more than 5 years old.
